Dear Erin Woods Families,
What a year it has been! As we celebrate the final day today, we are greeted by smiles, laughter and much excitement for the summer. This week was full of celebrations with our National Indigenous People’s Day events, a visit from our new Assistant Principal and the grade 6 farewell yesterday.
Each year we have to say farewell to those staff who will either be moving on to new schools, taking on other life adventures, or whose contracts have expired. We also welcome new staff to Erin Woods School and look ahead to new partnerships and collaborations.

If your family has moved out of the designated area for Erin Woods School or have chosen not to attend Erin Woods School in 2026-2027, please contact our front office staff at (403) 777-8140 so we can properly adjust our student data. Thank you for your attention to this as this helps us ensure we have balanced classes and correct numbers for our planning.

Report Cards
Families can view, download or print online report cards for kindergarten to Grade 12 students starting Thursday, June 25 until July 25, 2026 through MyCBE . Within MyCBE, families can also view student information, comments from your child’s teacher, assignments and grades and attendance information.
How is My Child Doing in School?
Report cards summarize and communicate student achievement at a point in time. In addition to the report card, schools communicate with parents/guardians about student progress on an ongoing basis in a variety of ways.
