Fees will be charged to your MyCBE account beginning in October. School fees are due when assigned.
Annual system fees are set each year when the operating budget is passed by the Board of Trustees. To keep fees as low as possible, the CBE is committed to being as efficient as possible in the provision of services. The costs of providing the services include direct labour and supplies, as well as the cost of fee waivers and uncollectible accounts.
It is important to know that we have a waiver process for families who cannot afford to pay the fees.
A student supplies fee applies to all students in Kindergarten through Grade 6. The fee offsets the cost of purchasing supplies like pens, pencils, and erasers so that students have the tools to learn from their first day in class.

Incidental Activity Fee for Students at Lunchtime (Elective Fee)
This fee is used to purchase games and other activities to support students during indoor lunches. It is also used to purchase supplies for the lunchroom such as brooms and dustpans.

Other Charges
Erin Woods School engages in educational field trips throughout the year. When a field trip compliments and enhances understanding in a subject area for students we will charge per student for that field trip. These charges are usually under $15.00 and busses are paid for by our Parent Society.
