Dear EWS Families,

Welcome back! We’re excited to begin the 2025–2026 school year. Our staff has been busy preparing the school, and we look forward to seeing students on Tuesday, September 2.

Bell Schedule

Grades 1–6

  • Morning Bell: 7:55 am
  • Lunch Bell: 12:00 pm
  • Dismissal: 2:30 pm

Kindergarten

  • AM: 7:55 am – 11:00 am
  • PM: 11:30 am – 2:30 pm

First Day of School Information

Our students will meet in the following locations on the first day of school:

  • Kindergarten – West Compound (8:15 am)
  • Grades 1 & 2 – West Compound (8:00 am)
  • Grades 3 & 4 – South Compound (8:00 am)
  • Grades 5 & 6 – SE Compound (8:00 am)

Students in our Specialized Setting and Complex Needs classrooms will be greeted at the front door or on their designated bus.

What to Bring

All learning supplies are provided by the school. Students only need to bring:

  • Clean indoor running shoes
  • Backpack
  • Snack
  • Lunch

Reminders

  • Please leave toys and personal items at home.
  • We will continue with our “Away for the Day” cell phone policy. Phones are not permitted for use during the school day. If you need to reach your child, please contact the front office.
