Dear Erin Woods families,

We are looking forward to greeting all our Erin Woods students tomorrow, Thursday August 29. Our school hours are as follows:

School hours: Grades 1-6

  • Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 2:40 PM
  • Fridays 8:00 AM- 12:00 noon

Kindergarten students have been details about staggered entry on August 26. Please refer to the specific timing for your student. Grades 1-6 families would have received an email from their homeroom teacher with specific details about where to meet and what to bring. The Back to School page is also a good resource for further information.

Student Supplies

You do not need to purchase school supplies as these will be purchased by the school.  There will be a School Supply Fee - $40 for grades 1-6 and $20 for Kindergarten. This fee will be on your MyCBE Account at the end of October 2024.

The only things you will need to bring are a backpack, indoor shoes (to leave at school), a water bottle, morning snack, and lunch (if applicable).

Lunch Fee

If your child(ren) will be eating lunch at the school, there is a supervision fee. Parents must register their child(ren) for lunch on their MyCBE Account in September. The fee is $305.00 for the year; grades 1-6) If your child(ren) will be going home for lunch, there is no fee, and they will be home for the entire lunch hour.

If financial assistance is required, you will need to submit these documents at the start of each school year to request a fee waiver.

More information will be coming regarding paying for lunch fees. In the meantime, your child can stay for lunch as we do take attendance. Please let your child's teacher know if your child will be going home for lunch.

MyCBE Account

Each family will need to create a MyCBE Account. You will need your child's CBE ID# and so we will help you with this early in the school year.  With this account you will register for lunch supervision, pay your school fees, and lunch supervision fees, view your child's report card, sign up for parent/teacher conferences, and much more.
