Dear Parents/Guardians, Evening Concert Transportation For the evening performance, if you are unable to transport yourself and your child to the concert hall, transportation will be provided for families who require it. A bus will depart from Erin Woods School at 6:00pm to go to the Jack Singer Concert Hall. After the performance, the bus will depart the Jack Singer Concert Hall at 9:10pm and return to Erin Woods School at 9:30pm Please email Ms Jakic if you will require seats on the bus. Ms Jakic: eljakic@cbe.ab.ca Ticket Information Tickets for the event are $30.00 per adult attendee. Students who are performing do not require a ticket. If your family requires financial support for ticket purchases, please contact the school office. The Orff the Wall concert requires all audience members to purchase a ticket. Performing students do not require a ticket. Ticket sales will open Monday, March 16 at 10:00 AM. Families will be able to select their seats at the time of purchase. As tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available at the door, families are encouraged to purchase tickets early to secure their preferred seating. Closer to the performance date, participating students will bring home an Acknowledgement of Risk and Parent Consent Form.
